Amy has a passion for connecting with people and helping empower them to create a healthy relationship with their finances. She believes financial literacy helps to achieve a happy life. After a twenty-year career as a classical flutist, Amy developed a special interest in addressing the inequality that women face as they navigate work and life balance, gender pay gaps, and retirement planning. She enjoys helping women attain financial security and overall well-being. Amy believes that small changes can pave the way to achieving bigger goals and freedom from worry. Sometimes we just need that extra guidance to get there.
Amy is a candidate for CFP® certification and a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. She has her bachelor’s degree from University of Rochester, Eastman School of Music, and her master’s degree from Manhattan School of Music. Amy completed her Certified Financial Planner Certificate Program at the Boston Institute of Finance through Bryant University. She loves baking all kinds of sourdough treats and enjoys hiking. Amy and her firefighter husband, Jay, have two young daughters, Cora and Lucy.
